I absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel, being so close to everything we wanted to do. The boutique style and newly decorated rooms were comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, there was a horrible smell lingering around.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, providing easy access to main attractions. The rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the highway, but there was a mildew smell that was embarrassing. It was a bit cold when we first entered, and there was a noticeable smoke odor in the room. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially the manager who assisted us promptly. The location is great, just two miles down the road from Mystic, making it convenient to explore the area. The nearby Mystic Diner is excellent, although the hotel's attached dining option was disappointing and overpriced for the quality. The facilities were clean and renovated, making for a comfortable stay overall.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although not as clean as desired, were pretty and comfortable. However, there was a moldy and musky smell present. The service was exceptional overall, particularly from the front desk. The location was ideal for exploring Mystic Village and nearby attractions. Dining options were limited for those with dietary restrictions. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms had a noticeable smell that made them feel outdated and uncomfortable until we checked out. Despite the disappointing room conditions, the service was exceptional, especially in handling my need for a late check-out due to the damp rooms and moldy smell. The location was convenient to the area attractions, but the dining options were bland and not exciting. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
